Apparently fruit and vegetables are good for us – who’d have guessed? With this recent discovery there has been a tidal wave of health trends and fad diets. But they all seem to be time consuming or expensive to me, and I just love my bacon sandwiches too much in the morning to ever consider replacing it with an egg-white omelette.

However, I would quite happily have a fresh smoothie with my bacon sarnie. I figure that’s half way right. But again, smoothies are expensive when you are buying them regularly, and it’s hard to keep a constant, fresh supply. The perfect answer being to grab yourself a smoothie maker! Quick and easy, fresh and healthy, with the added bonus that it only has what you want in it. Being healthy has never been easier.
