Lavender Bay is about to get another luxury development with the news that Aqualand as bought an 18-level commercial office building at 61 Lavender Street, Milsons Point with plans to convert it into 137 luxury residential apartments.

To be known as Blue at Lavender Bay, the property is promising the finest in luxury living with uninterrupted views across Sydney Harbour. The building comes with approval to develop  studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom dwellings, with over 80 per cent of apartments providing panoramic views to the Harbour Bridge.

The name ‘Blue’ was chosen to echo the waterfront location of the property, and as a homage to the historical figures of Milsons Point, George Lavender and Susannah Blue.
